It's not up to Trump to "defy" jack shit in the combined Mazurs/Deutsche Bank action.

Those actions involve an attempt by Trump to intervene in the enforcement of subpoenas against his accounting firm and his bank. If the court rules that those companies have to comply with the subpoenas, then those companies, which are not controlled by Trump, will comply with the subpoenas. Trump can't stop them from doing that.
