Russia Says It Will Accept Trump’s Offer Of Ventilators To Treat Coronavirus

He sends broken ones to California, says NY/NJ doesn't need them, we have no idea how many we need because WE DON"T TEST AND NEVER WILL. But he has to send them to Pootey to pay for rigging the next election.

HE IS DELIBERATELY KILLING PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT FAILURE.

Can't he help the small rural hospitals that maybe have only a couple of ventilators, but have been trying to raise money f from bake sales and gofundme efforts to purchase a few more?
