5. Yes. You can just see Trump blandly reading "one death is too many"

off the text in front of him. We know he wanted to put business, and his agenda to put it ahead of everybody else in the country for any issue, before stopping the pandemic. He had to be lassoed into mitigation. Now business see the danger of getting tied to Trump and are more interested in helping people (or the jig will be up in the public's minds).
