The only way that we can make decisions is if we have the most accurate numbers possible. Only 1% of the population has been tested as of today. That is NOTHING. We cannot make any good predictions or plans with that information.

I don't think that it is necessarily a false sense of security IF the messaging on testing is honest and accurate. The problem with that is we have a narcissistic idiot in the White House and would likely get false and dangerous information from him.
