16. he's backing off because the only reason why there aren't two million dead.......

is because the governors had to plug all the holes in the country he made. fortunately the governors will (blue ones at least) make decisions based on science and medical reasoning, not concern for drumpf's re-election. if it works drumpf gets to gloat, if not he will blame the governors......... but this really is the best way. the less he involves himself, the more successful reopening the country will be.
