Every one of them leaves someone behind who's very very sad. Probably more like broken-hearted. This isn't just a killer virus. It's a deep psychic wound. Lotsa hurt. I'm feeling like maybe the whole world will take a long time getting over this.

9. I work in healthcare, and I have NEVER felt this way before about taking care of certain

'types' of patients. But if I got a patient I factually KNEW had acted like an asshole in Michigan and had shown up with a gun and a Nazi flag and then contracted Covid19, I would have a hard, hard, hard, hard, hard time not to refuse. I would sincerely have more important things to do with my time like file my nails or watch cartoons. . . .

And yes, we will blow past the 100,000 mark before too long, and it will higher than that in the end.
