Are you saying Obama actually said that? Or are you saying that you wish Obama would say that? Or are you saying that you think Obama should say that? If it's something Obama actually said, you need to include some context. Where and when did he say it and what was he generally talking about it the time? Your post is ambiguous and requires a lot of clarification before it will make any sense at all.

and YES, if PRESIDENT OBAMA had said any such thing we know Moscow Mitch McTurtle would have been calling for impeachment - and making sure his buddies in the Supreme Court were ready to back him up!
