This was a stumbling block that the Senate wanted in the bill, to hide who gets the money. Don't be surprised, though, when we all find out who grabbed stimulus money (and how much). I wouldn't be surprised one bit if rump and cronies grabbed a whole bunch of money and then ran while they could.
