If nothing else, red state holdouts should finally realize how shortsighted and irresponsible their politics are. It is worth noting that some have expanded this year.

Had the country as a whole expanded Medicaid, our response would have alleviated burdens of current system, been less stressful, more responsive, and possibly made citizens think beyond a political lens towards healthcare. We have to immediately enlist medical students for millions of new jobs and begin the process of reopening shuttered hospitals.

Robots can't do these jobs. Maybe Biden can make the argument.
