I have no doubt that Trump has never read the Constitution, which he said he cherishes. So who is writing script on his presidential authority. My money is on that weasel Stephen Miller.

(65,013 posts)It's in his head. How many times in this crisis has he said things about what he can do, what others can't, and then reverse course?
The reversal comes when someone he sort of listens to, gets it into his head that he can't really do what he said. Or that others have the authority not him.
I'm always willing to hold that twit Miller up to utmost scrutiny. I just don't think the DOLTUS needs anybody to pyt incorrect notions into his mind.
