1. If His Lardship did offer his hotels he'd probably charge the going room rate,

so it's probably just as well that he isn't.

THOSE charges would probably be picked up by another entity, like maybe the hospital or medical group. And they may provide a stronger argument against the charges that somebody else would pay, like, say, the Secret Service, that gladly pays the "going rate" for their agents while they are guarding IQ45 as he waddles his fat ass around his own golf courses.
