If Trump says yes, Trump is back to being a narcissist thinking delaying checks to Americans that needed Trump printed on them was a great idea.

If Trump says no, everyone knows Trump was ok with in it the first place until the stunt started polling badly, so Trump told Mnuchin to take responsibility for it to try to control the damage.

Trump can claim it was not his idea, but he did nothing to stop it either!! Checks could have gone out last week. Having Mnuchin take responsibility makes Trump look even more clueless and incompetent as a leader.
