No, no... professional geneticist Cheeto the Clown here has concluded that this is an issue deeply embedded in Pelosi's biology. And, apparently, just writing "dumb" doesn't sufficiently imply that.

Trump has no real written register. His language is pretty much entirely oral. Using older jargon, his code isn't every elaborated or explicit.

She also knows the Repugs will use the pandemic as a weapon to shut down the USPS, which is a long held wet dream of theirs for some reason.
The government's definition of a small business includes operations with up to $7 million in revenue or 500 employees, depending on the industry. And there are countless exceptions, with revenue thresholds set as high as $35.5 million, and employee counts as high as 1,500. Under this definition the Trump Organization could qualify as a small business.
