Trump hasn't have a serious opponent and has been raising money for years. Biden just had to fight 20 other candidates, all of which were taking up donations and has just now stepped into the role of nominee. That 187 million buck lead will dissolve by midsummer and Biden will likely even have a lead.

Lock him up.

"Bloomberg moved from 142nd to 17th in the Forbes list of the world's billionaires in only two years. In the 2019 Forbes list of the world's billionaires, he was the ninth-richest person; his net worth was estimated at $55.5 billion." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bloomberg

Also focus on swing states mostly, where the Blue Wave succeeded.

Biden has had to split money with a bunch of different candidates. So, of course he's going to be behind Trump, who has run essentially unopposed.

However, March was a strong month for Biden. He raised $46.7 million. That's $20 million less than Trump for the month, but again, the primary was still going on for much of March, therefore, Biden's numbers should be smaller than Trump's.

10. All the Money in the World wont save Trump

It hasn't really sunk in yet but there is no quick out. The damage to the world economy is way to deep for any quick return to anything resembling normal. Even after the virus has passed it will be years before we have regained lost ground. Despite the happy talk you may here from some CEOs and business types, the real money understands this very well. It also understands that the world cannot survive another four years of Trump.

Biden will have all the financial support he needs.

Biden's campaign was poverty-stricken three months ago.

Look at the relative numbers now compared to then. Biden's campaign finances are an awakened sleeping giant. Trump is Jabba the Hut. We should be fine.

how money makes a difference in elections. I'm just dumb that way. If people aren't sure who to vote for (especially in this election), and money is the only way to sway them, we deserve the mad max future that's headed our way.

Remember Cambridge Analytica? Remember how the Willie Horton ad angered many people and probably helped Bush 1 win but liberals never forgot that and Bush 1 lost to clinton 4 years later. Now they can target and gaslight on facebook and there is less blowback or juditiousness.
