It forces these small businesses to open at risk or stay closed and NOT get pandemic support funds.
This forces the same business to take a hit in unemployment insurance money and also of course puts the employees in a terrible position.
Add to that these particular businesses employ inherently more working class.
Large companies in the state won't have to make these decisions and will likely get a lot of money... Delta, Georgia Pacific etc.
He is fucking scum.
