What criteria do you think Biden should use for his VP pick? My own brainstorming for starters

This is my brainstorming thoughts. My selections would probably rule out candidates without much experience or who were not compatible with Biden's position on the issues. It might also rule out choices on regional demographics. The balance the ticket category is ideological, so a balance the ticket based on certain voter segments (workers appeal, college educated, etc.) might be added by some folks.

So any thought on these or other criteria?

Intelligence, honesty, compassion, ethics, morals and elect-ability.

It is not a beauty contest, we need someone who can lead when something happens to Biden.
