Governor Andrew Cuomo's dog, "Captain"

Governor Cuomo often mentions his dog so I decided to see what it looks like. It's a very distinctive-looking dog.

i totally judge people by how my dogs react to them, and vice-versa.
that a dog that big seems to be enjoying being held like that, that's a trustworthy person right there.
