doing it carefully so as not to overwhelm hospitals.

testing sites still need swabs and mobile transport

Newsom spoke with trump and will get 100,000 swabs by week-end. 250,000 next week.

it's been done before e.g., with HIV. but now being asked to do it at a scale not seen before.
