(61,694 posts)authority of any kind, should have a minimum of specific requirements to qualify to take the position, and there should be oversight. A specific vocabulary is required for certain jobs from day 1. DeVos didn't know it when the Senate subcommittee questioned her. This man doesn't know "doodly-squat", as the above reply stated.
No wonder our federal government can't do its job when the top lacks expertise.

Anyone notice how vague his HHS-provided background (replicated on Wiki) is? He "worked in the Department of Health and Human Services," he "has also held positions at other federal agencies."
