Though a life-long republican, watching Joe
struggle undergoing his "come-to-Jesus" moment
is quite entertaining. His inability to actually
abandon his republican roots diminishes ANY
humanity or sympathy that have rubbed off of Mika.

He will always find a way to denigrate the left as
the "lesser" party regardless of the death toll.

And together, they water down any salient effort to
remain relevant to an audience consigned to death,
one way or another, ie, infection, re-infection, limited
health care access, if any, while maintaining a
return of profits.

They will string this process out until enough of us
die. Swinging their tenuous voting minority to a
"financial" majority to finally enslave the survivors.

Joe and Mika aren't in the 1%. But rest assured the
are in the top 5% or the very least.

slice with a 2"x4".

Perhaps playing both sides against the middle
so he can claim his leadership qualifications for
future political "endeavors".

Nothing could be further from the truth and his lack of recognition to the facts regarding the Reagan era is vast, imo.

[r]epublican America's started our demise by taking advantage
on Reagan's profound naiveté with the destruction of the
Civil Service Retirement System which undermined the
stability of governmental oversight and response to threats
to our democracy.

Look up where the 1% income is. Usually it fluxuates around $400k-$500k. That surprises a lot of people.

Joe's contract alone is well above the 7 figure mark.

1% is a convenient, but inaccurate number for the filthy wealthy. Most people you would think of as being filthy rich are in the top .01%.

Money keeps getting more and more concentrated there.

But yeah, multi-millionaires giving their opinion on what the poor need is laughable at best.

Quite a surprise indeed.

How many of the "Talking Heads" on the right are in the 1%, I wonder.

Scarborough (r)
Rush (R)
Beck (R)
Hannity (R)
Carlson (R)
Dr. Laura (R)……

Trying to think of one "Talking Head" on the Left that is part of the 1%....

I got nothing.....

But she has the number one ranked show in her timeslot, or for the whole evening for that matter.

In reality, every anchor that has their own daily show is well into the 1%.

Years ago during the reagan admin, someone wrote a book called "on bended knee" discussing how the media have become lapdogs to the information brokers. They are being paid so much, they are risk averse, so they take all the "inside" info they can get from unidentified sources. They become dependent on that info stream, and can very easily bullied into carrying right wing content.
