Cuomo just ripped McConnell a new one.

Cuomo tore into McConnell for the gross "Blue State bailout" comment that McConnell just made. Cuomo bitterly pointed out that Kentucky takes out more from the Federal government than it puts in, which is the opposite of N.Y. that puts more into the Federal treasury than it gets back.

Cuomo stopped short of calling McConnell an asshole, but you know he wanted to!

Here is a new name for McConnell: Deadbeat Mitch!
