If dying from doing stupid stuff was an exclusion, there would be far fewer payments on life insurance policies. Remember the classic redneck last words: "Hold my beer, watch this shit."

Ingesting Lysol or chlorine bleach as a prophylactic against Covid-19 is profoundly stupid but it is not a suicide.

Between hydroxychloroquine and ingesting a known toxin, I will be curious to see how many Trumpsters die because they take medical advice from Trump.
