After playing the entire clip of Trump talking about injecting cleaner or light inside a body he framed it for the viewers. What Trump said was "nutty" and Harwood wanted to know if Trump understood how nutty it was, and maybe it was time to ask the question the media has been dancing around for a while. "Is the president all there".
