We see now the true consequences of having a cult leader screaming "FAKE" at every agency attempting to convey accurate information about, or even vaguely connected to - him.

He has quite effectively trained his cult members to immediately dismiss, out of hand, any advice or information coming from legitimate news sources. When an MD on CNN tells them, "Please, do not inject disinfectants into your body for any reason, you will be harmed and may even die," their training kicks in and they decry CNN (FAKE NEWS!) for putting down the president and just trying to hurt him and make him look bad and besides the president knows better than CNN does anyway. So they inject a little clorox because, you know, what do you have to lose?
