So what if a certifiably insane man was president?

We don't have to wonder. A certifiably insane man holds the power of the presidency right now.

A Clorox/Lysol cure? An internal ultraviolet light cure?

C'mon, people. A totally insane man grabs our attention nightly. Yet, we do nothing but bitch about it.

Impeachment and the 25th Amendment are the only legal ways to remove a president.

But how about removing a madman? Is there anything anywhere in the constitution that covers this? I don't think so.

So what do we do?

At this very moment, we are sheep being led to the slaughter. Does anyone think we should somehow resist?

If we allow this mass murderer to go on killing us, shame on us.

So what am I suggesting? I'm suggesting that no sane society would allow a madman to go on committing murder. I'm suggesting there's something wrong with us for allowing this to continue.

Republicans could stop it if they wanted to. But they don't want to. His cabinet and Pence could stop it. But they don't want to. Hopefully, their inaction will spell the death of the Republican Party. In the meantime, deaths will continue by the tens of thousands because of a monster who is perhaps one of the stupidest, most cruel creatures imaginable.

So again I ask, what are we going to do about it?

3. We're going wrong but solely attacking Donnie

We need to attack *republicans* every day, for supporting him.

We need to treat the entire party as thoroughly discredited after having supported him and continued to support him throughout his entire, disastrous reign of error.

We cannot allow them to move on from Donnie as if he were an isolated bad apple. He is merely the most obvious symptom of a disease that runs throughout the entire party, and we can't let them return to business as usual after we get rid of him.

4. We would need the same coordinated effort in the DNC as the republicans have in their party.

They have a tight rein on the message and all the little trumplicans follow along as good little soldiers.

We seem to not have the ability to get a cohesive messaging throughout the party.

Diversity is our strength and our weakness.

5. 25th Amendment does not remove a president

It replaces him with an acting president until he can be reinstated.

How do you propose that we activate the 25th?

1. Trump volunteers

2. Pence and 1/2 of cabinet vote to send Trump to the bench

3. 2/3 of each house of Congress vote to sit Trump down

Which of these has any chance of happening.

some sort of virtual nationwide demand that he step down... we HAVE TO DO SOMETHING... don't think we can or should wait until January 21, 2021... he is dangerous, he is destroying the Country

constant organized calls
organized writings
actions in person asap w/o putting people at risk
civil disobedience
videos
etc....

I will contemplate as I make my garden beds tomorrow

The madness of powerful men held a curious fascination for Shakespeare.

Umm,do we have to wait till November as more people die and our democracy is destroyed even more ,and our rights are continuing being undermined.. until than?

How long are we gonna tolerate this intolerable situation?

This is a war being waged against people who are different than the republican sociopath party.

They want people to die.Because they get off on cruelty, they are abusive and they don't have good human traits like empathy or compassion. This is because of rampant pathology in the republican party.

They are a clear and present
danger to our country,to human rights and humanity,to nature and to everything we love.

We need to shut them down or remove them,if nesessary by force.
We owe them and thier rich souless supporters nothing.
We might not have a country left come November. And that does not have to happen if we refuse to let the psychopaths continue, they think we are too chickenshit to stop them..
