Let's be real... here is how this went down (my own guess LOL).


Dumbass had a meeting with Brix and Fauci and some other people with brains who were talking about the ability of different cleaners and UV to get rid of viruses (perfectly legit!). Dumbass, who was probably half paying attention, and the half that was paying attention couldn't understand it, didn't get that they were talking about cleaning SURFACES, and not treating patients. So he goes out to the podium with this great news about how we can drink cleaner and put UV lights up our nose and it will kill the virus! Because he is literally THAT STUPID to not even realize how absurd that is. Then he had to come out today and make up some story about being "sarcastic" to try and save face, when he could have taken the high road and just said "wow, i have some egg on my face. I misunderstood some things said in a meeting during my chaotic day yesterday. Suffice it to say, don't drink bleach and I'm sorry for creating that confusion. Moving on..." and everyone would have forgotten about it instantly if his ego would have let him eat even the TINIEST slice of humble pie.

1. Assuming Trump was dozing during the conversation, and misunderstood the thing about cleaning

surfaces, and all. Still, what kind of complete imbecile goes out to the WH podium and tells the public that drinking or injecting Clorox and Lysol is a potential cure for the virus? My dog knows better than to drink that stuff, for Chrissake.
