Which should mean that the highest days of deaths are coming in the next 2-3 weeks.

The previous high was April 4 with 34,517. That was followed by a peak in deaths on April 21.

Or did they decline?

Because if they increased, then you need to figure out the percent increase of the tests, compare that with the % increase of the tests that came back positive.

That means that unless changes in behavior happen, we will continue to see higher infection levels.
