I have two suggestions that might solve Trump's dilemma on how to deliver disinfectant and UV light.

Let's take the disinfectant first.

It is well known that bleach, Lysol, and other products work well on inanimate surfaces.

Noting that disinfectants kills the virus “in a minute” on inanimate surfaces, Trump asked: “Is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside? Or almost a cleaning? … It would be interesting to check that.”

Rather than struggle to take Trump's untested approach of delivering one of these products to the human body (skin).

Trump should just issue an Executive Order to make all objects including skin "inanimate surfaces".
Remember he has told the world that under Article II of the Constitution he has UNLIMITED powers.

Bingo! skin is now an inanimate surface by Executive Order. Spray away Covid-19 with a direct application of Lysol or Bleach. Do Not Try This At Home. Executive Order required.



Now to the easy one UV Light. Most Dermatology Clinics have UV Light Cabinets like the one below.



Just have the Covid-19 patient enter the cabinet and take in say twenty DEEP breaths of the surrounding UV LIGHT.
Breath UV Light Therapy. In medical circles known as (BULT)

Or for smaller applications anywhere including home use (no licensing required).
Take a UV flashlight (widely available Example: https://tinyurl.com/y7fx2haa)

Have the Covid-19 patient open their mouth widely shine the UV light to the back of the throat. Instruct the patient to swallow quickly and hard. Repeat as required.


Caution: You will note that either therapy has worked when your toilet has remnants of UV light present.

3. For men who hate needles (ahem, Trump),

take an ordinary catheter, insert into the usual place, and give yourself a Lysol penile enema.

This will keep his mushroom from coughing. Very important, since he recently sent an aide out of the room during an interview--for coughing while Trump was speaking. We wouldn't want "Little Donnie" to interrupt a briefing.

He's used to a "fever" in that area, since it usually burns while urinating.

4. you people just don't get it

you just have to think outside the box!

What he meant was... see, you get a Covid-19 patient... you crack their chest open, remove their lungs, turn the lungs inside out on a UV light table and CAREFULLY swap with Lysol, then turn them right side out again and put them back into the patient!

you see... outside the box!

You do it early when the patient tests positive because double lung "transplant" is best done on a healthy patient!

End of pandemic!
