More Heartbreak from COVID-19

I am posting stories like this because the numbers are so huge. So haunting. So much pain. I want to show the humanity. So, while we have sociopaths ‘protesting’ in the middle of a PANDEMIC 😠
And, we have an Administration that won’t step up to the plate.
By the way, MSM, they have already said that they won’t step up to the plate, so there truly is NO REASON TO SHOW THOSE FRAUDULENT PRESS CONFERENCES

The same MSM that pretends that there is a reason why they should go to these FRAUDULENT PRESS CONFERENCES.

But, people won’t forget this. They won’t forget their loved ones.
They won’t soon forget that they believe to the bottom of their soul that it didn’t have to be this way. That, if we had competent, non lazy, intelligent leadership, the United States could have looked like New Zealand. They know that their loved ones are dead because of the negligence of this Administration.

[2/ ] His wife popped up on the screen first. She let out a huge sigh of relief to have connected through. Her eyes looked tired.

Then others started popping up. I asked for her permission to add them in - she nodded. First one family member, then another - then 15 others.

[3/ ] I was amazed. It had been only 10 minutes since I had gotten the video call arranged. People from across the world had found a way to share this moment with us.

I tried to put myself in their shoes and imagine how it must feel. I stopped myself short.

[4/ ] I switched screens so they could see him. I stood there for 15 minutes as some remembered the special moments they shared with him, some begged him not to leave, some moaned in grieving, and some offered prayers for peace and comfort.

My eyes filled up.

For all the inhumane actions from cover ups, lies, deceit and the treachery of the admins actually seizing much needed equipment that the states ordered. They ordered these when told by trump to FU, find your own stuff, the federal government is not a shipping clerk. Then, THEN he has Jared and his goons blatantly steal these critical shipments and sends them gawd knows where. Well, just follow the money, this admin is making a profit and is also sending to states(quid pro quo) for their vote.

However with all the inhumanity of this admin and every dayum republican, this story shows the humanity of America. Human kindness and empathy for those dying alone and the loved ones that need to have one last connection.

These people, our front line of nurses and doctors working without protective gear, long grueling hours under heartbreaking conditions as their patients die. They are giving their very lives, see the stats, for their patients. Yet, here we have one of them taking some precious time to connect this man to his family one last time.

Humanity among all this inhumanity.
