FEMA says the masks are being diverted to the national stock pile, but we really have no idea what's happening to. I think it's possible Kushner is reselling them, and it's equally as plausible that 45 & Co. is hoarding them to give out like Mardi Gras beads when a second (or third) wave hits closer to the election to make Trump look like a hero. But the lead on this tweet is conjecture and not fact-based at this point. And also has nothing to do with this WaPo article.
