First, when I saw that this tweet was authored by JT, I intended to save it for last. A literary sweet delicacy to finish off the hearty meal, so to speak. Couldn't do it.

Second, my expectation was that I was about to read a nicely barbed, caustic example of "jovial loathing", if you can imagine such a thing. I really didn't expect such a sweet, heart-felt expression of bonhomie and human emotion.
