The insane prick is endangering 1,000 West Point grads

The orange creature wants to give a graduation speech at West Point. One thousand senior cadets have been called back from isolation at home, or wherever, to be window dressing for dear leader.

West Point administrators were working on how to hold a (dispersed) graduation ceremony of some sort. But the crazy motherfu$&er has decided that 1,000 of them will be a captive audience to his wonderfulness.

When/If we get past his reign of evil, he must stand trial. For what? You name it. Kidnapping and caging children would be a charge near the low end. Mass murder would be near the top. Crimes against humanity would cover it all.

If any of this year's West Point graduates are asked 50 years from now, (after whatever wars are still to come), what was the most danger they'd ever been in, most would probably reply: "Being exposed to Covid 19 because a madman wanted to tell us how great he was."

1. I hope they all refrain from cheering even once. Just stand silently, resolutely. and then leave.

It would be better if in unison they all turned their back to him and stood at attention facing away.

But that would only happen in my dreams. Sigh.

This is outrageous. He wants those cadets to be quarantined and isolated in their dorms for two weeks before the ceremony!

Which, of course, is exactly why he is trying to harm them.

That’s an incredible risk to expose those graduates to for no good reason.

As commander-in-chief (notice I used lower case there), it is the head of the Armed Forces. By saying no, the Commandant and staff would have disobeyed an order.

So what, you say? They're all senior officers. They could be fired and replaced by someone else. The problem, in this fuckup of an administration, is that they would have probably been court-martialed and lost everything they've worked for all their lives. And the travesty would have gone on anyway. Repeat: and the travesty would have gone on anyway.

IMHO, this is right up there with the lowest things it has lowered itself to.

What we need right now is someone in the WH to grow whatever he or she needs to tell that asshole to not do this.

They should all say they are unable to attend due to bone spurs. I hate Trump more than words can express.
