Tiny perfectly curled toes going in several directions and chubby little feet... I broke out in tears. With all the pain and suffering in the world right now, that picture was perfect timing. So many mixed emotional tears.

3. It's both scary and sad

to think about the world we are passing on to those babies.
I inherited a world where my Dad has killed all the Nazis, and everybody had a job and all their kids went to school.
Then we got rich, and the big corporations, and the people who had gotten rich through those oversized entities, took over the government so they could get even more.
Maybe the generation coming up now will see through the bullshit and demand that the country work for the people again.
