Disney is trying to sneak Terms of Service into Twitter that by retweeting Disney you agree to transfer the copyright of your tweeted content to Disney.
This is not how any of this works legally, but they mere fact that they tried this is telling that they are testing how far their corporation can go in making up their own laws.

They said that they have the right to use YOUR tweet in THEIR media.
If I tweet at you a piece of art, that does not make that art your property.
