So let me get this straight. Barr does not think police brutality that leads to a person's death

violates their civil rights. See Eric Garner - Barr over ruled his own DOJ Civil Rights Division to pursue charges against Panteleo in the senseless killing of Eric Garner. Despite the fact that he was not a threat, said numerous times he could not breathe. Despite Pantaleo using a banned chokehold
Nope not a civil rights violation.

But a bunch of grown toddlers having a temper tantrum or just set on creating mayhem are having their civil rights violated because they can't get a haircut or go to the bar, or whatever non important thing they want to do in the middle of a pandemic that has already cost the deaths of almost 60,000 people and infected a million people.

Alright. Got it. Police commit a senseless homicide. What civil rights violation?

Bucky can't get his mullet, yup civil rights violation.

They are working on it though.

We know that, if you have fetus status, you're right to life is an absolute fact, (Barr is very fundamentalist, BTW). Now, things get sketchy after parturition. You may have some rights, but it has been stated that there are more important things than living, (I am going to keep a list of everything a Republican says and remember that stuff).

Since there are more important things than living, the right to be alive may be in question, since after you are dead, there are still very important things and so, perhaps that puts it all in question by way of Republican "morality", which, I know, is an oxymoron.
