Chuckie Todd is an a -hole. Senator Menedez just questioned if McConnel's

motive is calling the senate back just so they can vote on one of his judges. Toddie skipped over that and started talking about opening casinos in New Jersey. He needs to work for FOX.

This happens a lot on The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, and sometimes on other programs. Maybe the anchors are so focused on the next question they are supposed to ask that they drop the ball and really aren't listening to the answers they're getting that could potentially lead to more interesting interviews.

Did he talk over Todd's attempt to change the subject, continuing to attack McConnell's subversion of the courts?

Did he dismiss Todd's nonesense about casinos and continue his attack on McConnell's subversion of the courts?

Did he tell Todd he was distracted by irrelevancies and continue to press his attack on McConnell's subversion of the courts?

One presumes had he done these things, you would have mentioned it, and if he did not, he is not fit to take part in public interviews.
