statement - the usual brags with zero basis in reality. Took a small handful of questions; bragged about how effective his "China ban" was, claimed that we're testing way more than anyone else in the world, and the South Korean PM was asking how Chump was able to accomplish this amazing feat. Disappeared off the dais a few minutes later.
