Just Another Manic Monday

Hi Truthseekers, Kathy Malloy here. Sorry for the radio silence, the last few days have been rugged.
It’s Monday again. Do you share that feeling, Truthseekers? These weeks droning into each other, while we are held hostage by the criminal negligence of this asshat in the Oval Office? I’m writing this now while waiting for a Zoom call for a virtual PTSA board meeting and the daily nightmare briefing from Donald Trump. What a surreal dichotomy. Molly has made the best of things. Virtual classes and virtual proms, online birthday parties and reconstructed AP exams. I’ve been gardening and pulling weeds, cursing Trump with every tug. Hurling rocks across the yard instead of shooting the television.
Mike has the microphone, thank Goddess. And he’s not afraid to use it! Even better. We need more screaming these days. Primal screams into the night for the thousands of victims of this virus, people the POTUS cares nothing about.

2. Hugs and good evening, ralps. How are you and your kits doing tonight? Yes, every good home

needs a kitteh, or two. Mine waves a sleepy little paw to yours.

May you all be safe and well.

9. These kittehs are beautiful. What a group of sweeties. They are all beautiful.

Have been watching Stella at Tiny Kittens almost around the clock from last night.

She has been lying in the Meatloaf position with her little front pays tucked under, continually.

She must be so much closer to her wilderness home than many of the others. No doubt she is terrified at feeling so helpless.

Hope her journey through this last motherhood will be easy for her, since she has done it probably many times before in the wild. Hope she will relax enough to get some reassurance from her new big human friends.

Thanks for so much info. about fur friends, ralps. It brightens every day.

11. She does seem less terrified with him, doesn't she? She seems calmer when he's there.

She's really stretched out now, with both back and front paws straight out, touching the wall of her little room. Have not seen her this way at any time in the last couple of days. Looks as if she's very close to her time. Hoping someone can help her through it safely.

I've wondered if her fear isn't keeping her more rigid, as in paralyzed, tense, etc. and it's slowing her down.

She spent the whole night and today locked out of her box, and she sat upright, didn't really sleep and only nodded off slightly throughout that time. When her eyes were open you could see she is very, very tired. I'm sure it's fear from being away from her outdoors home, among strangers.
