Republicans attack House Democrats for listening to doctor and staying home

Democrats, heeding the advice of the Capitol physician, have canceled plans to return to D.C. next week.

GOP House members are angry that Democratic leaders are heeding the advice of medical experts during a national health crisis.

Republicans were critical this week of an announcement from Majority Leader Steny Hoyer that the House would not reconvene in Washington, D.C., on May 4 as originally planned. Democratic leaders made the decision based on the advice of Brian Monahan, the House physician, according to Roll Call.

"The House doctor, when I talked to him yesterday, was concerned because the numbers in the District of Columbia are going up," Hoyer said.

Monahan spoke "forcefully" of his concerns about members returning to the DC area, Hoyer added.

So to the republicans that are bitching about what the Democrats are doing to keep people alive by "listening to a doctor", yes a "doctor"...................would your fucking "doctor" tell you to shove a UV light up your ass, and " inject Lysol into your vein" and tell you it is just fine and dandy..........can you give us your primary physicians name..............oh yeah I have it here......................

2. My advice to House Democrats: Ignore the Republican carping

You're on solid ground by not putting all your members, many of whom are vulnerable to this infection, in an enclosed space for hours at a time. A large majority of the American people agree with isolation, and it's a small collection of ignorant loudmouths arguing the opposite.
