3. 27 years is a long time to hold back on reporting

exactly what happened during a sexual assault. What a coincidence that she chose the time when Joe Biden is running for president. There are many women who have been victims of sexual assault or rape in the past, in my case it was at least 45 years ago, but you have to get on with life, not destroy it for all American citizens who want a president with a brain.
