Can we do a regression equation to determine "failure to distinguish a face mask from a blindfold"?

Let me throw out some putative factors -

* IQ indistinguishable from room temperature
* Lack of training/belief in science
* Jesus is my face mask
* Hubris
* Fear of being replaced on the ticket by Nikki Haley...or Sarah Palin

I did notice Pence wore a mask at the GM plant...because, you know, cars are people too!
