Why don't people on our side inject bleach?

It is well established that political affiliation does not correlate perfectly with IQ, so it stands to reason that our side has at least a few individuals that are not so bright. Now imagine some democrat saying something completely outlandish like that injecting bleach might cure corona (which would of course never happen). Can you imagine someone actually going out and doing it? I can't (not that I want that specific thing to happen). I guess what I'm getting at is why aren't we able to inspire such blind loyalty? Might be a question worth thinking about.
