(28,476 posts)My "walking" neighbor has had full and remarkable recovery it seems. She's "flying" through the neighborhood now.
I do think there are different mutations of this virus going around.
Stay safe!

(5,302 posts)Glad that your neighbor has recovered, hope she's wearing her mask while "flying" around the neighborhood. I agree about the different mutations, it's an insidious bugger.
You stay safe too!

The real tragedy would be low turnout somehow helping the GOP retain control. Especially people like Moscow Mitch who need to be thrown out.

I'm hoping too that you take some roll in the upcoming government. We need smart effective leadership throughout.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
