I believe that Tennessee is under reporting death statistics

I posted this in another discussion but I think it needs its own

I have been tracking TN vs. KY because the governor in Kentucky reacted much sooner.

The deaths per 1m in Tennessee is 31 and in Kentucky it is 56.

The cases per 1m are 1904 TN and 1099 KY.

Texas seems suspicious also.
