Biden will be a team builder and surround the presidency with competent, smart, experienced people.
Biden will be a transitional president, his deep knowledge of the legislative process, his foreign policy experience, plus his 8 years serving as VP to a president he never upstaged, did as he was requested and stood as a wise advisor.
