Answer this question; It is about our legacy, how we will be remembered.

If Trump were caught on video killing Americans, How would the American people respond?

Would every newspaper headline read, Trump must resign immediately and be prosecuted for his crimes?

Would every Democrat in Congress come forward and demand Trump resign immediately and be prosecuted for his crimes.

Would millions of American protest across the nation demanding Trump resign immediately and be prosecuted for his crimes.

If you answered yes, you would be wrong. Trump is on video killing thousands of Americans. We watch, frozen in place.

Trump lied and tried to cover up a pandemic. This was not an error, This was not a mistake. He did not do this because he got bad information. Trump knowingly committed a crime that has killed thousands of Americans. This crime is on the level of Crimes Against Humanity.

Trump has lied about the virus over and over again which killed thousands of Americans. He violated his oath of office, committed the greatest act of dereliction of duty in the history of our presidency.

We as a nation have not responded in a rational way to the crimes Trump has committed and continues to commit. We are treating Trumps killing spree as a fucking campaign issue. Come November, many Americans will no longer be alive.

History is going to judge us harshly. History may label us the, weakest, saddest generation. We are unable to protect ourselves from being killed.

Future generations of Americans will look back at us and say, What the fuck was wrong with them.

NO, I don't have the answers, It is what it is. It's who we are. It's how we will be remembered.

misconduct and how we've responded to the climate crisis. What I can't figure out is whether it's actual apathy and indifference (or god forbid nihilism?) or whether it's a type of paralysis that takes hold in nations with an overwhelmed, overworked, reality-challenged populace.
