...and if their employees do not show up, they will likely get fired and end their own unemployment insurance claims.

Opening when it is not safe will be a disaster.

I am sitting on a Cheesecake Factory gift card from Christmas and I am not going to rush out to use it anytime soon.

so even if people show up, they're still screwed. Close to normal operating costs, half the revenue, and likely on the hook for supplies and protocols to meet new safety regulations.
