3. What concerns me is...

What concerns me is that I assume that General Cockwomble is aware of what is happening and will happen to his base and that he considers them expendable; an Army of Imbeciles, loaded with fealty.

His method of stochastic terrorism, (and I would venture, in the case of COVID-19, stochastic genocide) gives signals that should not be given. Those signals give a green light to the disaffected, rather simple minded elements of our society. They suggest that prejudice and violence against fellow Americans will be tolerated, i.e., races, democrats, liberals, etc. It's from the dictator's playbook.

The fact that he doesn't really care for his base and never did is very troubling at this stage when one is trying to ascertain what his end game plans are, especially if he realizes he will lose the election. Combine that with a major, tragic pandemic on our hands and it only spells trouble with him having access to power right now.

His base is merely willing, unwitting fodder. We don't want to be the targets of those guided missile miscreants.

If he thought about it a little he’d want to sow further unrest closer to the election. Letting things get out of hand now will allow enough time for many to sicken and die (especially in red states) so that more and more of his base will be personally touched by his incompetence. I guess the only metric he is capable of using is “the economy”. It’s certainly been his favorite subject to congratulate himself. He can’t conceive that people care about their loved ones because he doesn’t.
