are all empty. I saw where he owes millions on overseas loans and payments are coming due.
Poor little grifter.

(64,852 posts)What I recall it was promissory paper where the interest grows and then the payments begin.
As I recall, it was around a quarter billion $.
$3.5 million a week would be around 18 months to pay back.
I think such paper has provisions to extend the term but probably with a negotiation on higher interest.
18 months to repay seems short, but the the years with no payments probably explain part of that.
Of course, that loan may have been taken with no intention of ever paying it back.

His cult can't afford to stay at them, and most other people aren't stupid enough to beleive that the threat has disappeared just because Trump says so.

(12,712 posts)To me, there is far more to this. The hotels and properties would make sense, but they also fall into his deflection bullshit. In other words what we might assume may not be so. It is a show we are seeing, all the way.
I smell a rat, now. This is looking far more insidious and threatening as it unfolds and I will not give Trump one excuse or any ulterior motive that exonerates him from what looks like an intentional plan where his stochastic terrorism morphs into a potential stochastic form of genocide.
This is the most dangerous individual we may have ever faced, so I would not underestimate his deviousness and capacity for destruction, which has already destroyed a list of targets in our system.
