The worker is essential, yet expendable in those minds of those standing over him....yet that dude? C'mon man, you look like a damn fool.
Trying to look even more clownish than the fool with the red tie down past his little dick? Good try.
I do give the shades guy credit for not wearing a tie into that kind of environment, though.
Usually, in a facility like that, if you are not wearing the proper PPE (safety shoes, eye wear, gloves, no ties or floppy clothes) you must walk between the yellow lines and not stray past them for any reason.
